Mollie's athletics journey began at local school cross country events where she met similar aged girls competing and joined Lincoln Wellington AC. She began to make her mark with successes in county and regional distance events. After a silver medal in the 800m English Schools Championships in 2024 she went on to claim the gold medal at the Schools International Championships, a title she successfully defended in 2025.
