Sam Reardon

Sam is a 2 x Olympic Bronze medalist - winning his first medal in the 4x400m mixed relay team in Paris. One week later he won his second bronze medal in the 4x400m men's relay.
Sam's 2025 season had many highs and lows. He took victory at the European Team Championships representing GB, setting a new PB over 400m of 44.6. He was then selected for the British team at the World Athletics Championships in Tokyo, making the semi-finals in his first individual global championships.
Aged just 20 Sam ran 44.70 in the 400m, winning the National 400m race at the London Diamond league (2024).
He won his first UKA indoor title over 400m in 2023 and is a unique talent having also run under 1.46 for 800m (2024).
He is coached by Nigel Stickings at the Blackheath and Bromley club, and when competing internationally he races for adidas.
