Charlotte Henrich

Track & Field

Charlotte is a British 400m Sprinter. She is a member of Invicta East Kent athletics club.

Despite being relatively new to the 400m, Henrich made a striking international debut: at age 15 she won gold at the 2022 European Athletics U18 Championships in Jerusalem. She followed that with silver medials in both the individual 400m and mixed 4x400m relay at the 2023 Commonwealth Youth Games in Trinidad and Tobago. More recently, in 2025 at the European U20 Championships in Tampere, Henrich won the 400m title in a new personal best of 51.68 seconds.

Off the track, Henrich has spoken openly about her struggles with dyslexia and how sport helped build her confidence and identity.
