From a young age, Lizzie always had a passion for running, complemented by a background in mountain biking. However, it wasn’t until a few years ago that she made the decision to focus fully on athletics. Since then, Lizzie has represented Great Britain internationally in both World and European competitions.

Over the past three years, she has consistently raced at a high level, with some of her proudest achievements including selection for the 2023 European Cross Country Championships in Belgium, the 2024 World Track and Field Championships in Peru, and the 2024 European Cross Country Championships in Turkey.

Now based at Leeds Beckett University, Lizzie is part of the Leeds Talent Hub, where she continues to develop as an athlete both on and off the track.
