Double Olympic triathlon medallist in Tokyo 2020, Alex had an incredible 2021 season also winning the Super League Triathlon Championship and finishing third in the ITU World Triathlon Series. After taking Silver in the individual race in Tokyo, Alex anchored the GB team home in the inaugural Olympic Mixed Relay event (2 men, 2 women).

Running is Alex’s strength and he has represented Great Britain at numerous cross-county Championships as well as the 10,000m in 2018 Europeans Championships, having won the British Champs in a time of 27.51 earlier that year.

More recently, Alex won Commonwealth Games Gold in the individual race and Mixed Relay.
