Rebecca (Becky) Downie MBE is a three-time Olympic gymnast, World, European and Commonwealth medalist and passionate champion for positive change across sport.

From competing in Beijing aged 16 to Paris aged 32, Beckys life in gymnastics has given her a unique perspective on sport, its impact, its challenges and the opportunities for change. Becky led the call for gymnastics to reform, showing great bravery in talking about her experiences, highlighting the issues that need addressing and in doing so helping to transform the sport she loves. Still amongst the top gymnasts in the world, Becky continues to work alongside British Gymnastics to push for improvements, using her lived-experience to help shape its future.
