Mabel started athletics in 2022. From primary school, the ability to sprint was always there but she never persued it until the 2022 season, where it all began, winning her first English Schools title.

Mabel has already made an impact on the senior circuit, winning a bronze medal over 60m at the 2024 UK senior Indoor Championships, aged just 17.

Mabel claimed silver over the 100m at the European U20 Championships in Tampere.

She studies Neuroscience at the University of Nottingham.
