Lois Toulson
Diving
Lois is a 3 x Olympian, winning bronze in the synchronised diving in Paris (2024) and competing in the Olympic Games in Tokyo and Rio.
She is a regular on the senior British Diving team after competing at every level of international competition, including the Olympic Games and two World Championships - one of which brought a silver medal in the Mixed 10m Synchro event.
Lois is based in Leeds where she competes domestically for the City of Leeds.
She is a specialist in the 10m platform and competes in the individual, synchro and mixed synchro categories where she has accumulated over 30 senior international medals since 2015.
